This is the toy dinosaur that reacts to a child's touch, from a pat on the head to a tickle under the chin. Sensors in the head, nose, mouth, back and body recognize when a child is petting or cuddling with the dinosaur, and he responds with coos and giggles. When set loose, the creature moves around the room exploring his environment while making many dinosaur sounds, from curious to cross. Place the included coconut shell in front of him, and the dino drinks from it like a water bowl. He also recognizes the included taro root, and will take nibbles (followed by bigger and bigger bites) when the toy is held up to his mouth. Contrary to his prehistoric appearance, this fellow has a sophisticated sensory system comprised of six motors, three touch sensors, and more than 40 gears that delivers smooth, natural movements.
