Items In Games You Might Be Interested InProduct Details of Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams CollectionDescription The glory days of pinball are back, at least according to the packaging for Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection. That's not true, no matter how much we'd like it to be, but there's no denying that this collection of 10 tables has plenty to offer for anyone with a penchant for pinball. Not all of the featured tables can be considered classics, but if the lineup was chosen specifically to offer plenty of variety, then it's most definitely a success. Older tables like 1970's Jive Time bear little resemblance to the likes of Whirlwind and Funhouse that were released 20 years later, and playing through this collection in chronological order is a fun way to see how Williams' offerings evolved during that time. Addictive pinball gameStrengths: True-to-life recreations of ten Williams pinball tables Excellent graphics, sound and gameplay A very good value compared with many Wii games Weakness: None This game recreates twenty years of Williams pinball tables, from 1970's Jive Time to Whirlwind and Funhouse, both from 1990. There are ten tables in total: Jive Time, Gorgar, Firepower, Black Knight, Space Shuttle, Sorcerer, Pinbot, Taxi, Whirlwind, and Funhouse. Compared with the other tables, Jive Time looks simplistic and old-fashioned. But its inclusion gives some perspective on the...

Pinball Hall of Fame Williams CollectionStrengths: Wide variety of pinball tables with some of the best simulation ever done Weakness: N/A Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection is a collection of 10 simulated real-life pinball machines. The machines span a pretty wide range of years and it is pretty nice to be able to play some of the older ones that are certainly nowhere to be found these days. The detail on the tables is fantastic, the physics are spot on, and the framerate is solid - this is about as good as one could do...

Quarter Free BonanzaStrengths: Sights and Sounds. Ball dynamics. Wiimote vibration feedback. Excellent video pinball game. Funhouse. Whirlwind. Taxi. No quarters lost. Weakness: Would have liked more than 10 tables. Occasionally fuzzy graphics. View angle options aren't perfect. I got Pinball Hall of Fame - The Williams Collection for the PSP first, and loved it. The reason I also bought it for the Wii was to be able to play this on a much bigger screen and I love just as much. * Using the Wiimote and nunchuk attachment yields the controls for the left and right flippers. A flick of the wrist helps with nudging the table for those dire situations. * Everything looks...

All I can say is WOW!Strengths: Graphics Ease of play "Feel" of games Weakness: None noted -- Just great games! All I can say is WOW! Hard to believe a game this good costs so little. What can I say about FUNHOUSE? Just a great game, nicely designed and just about perfectly executed. I don't recall ever coming across anything so close to what you find in the Arcades at this price, or for that matter, for ANY price. And that is just one of several excellent renditions. If you like pinball, you will LOVE The...

Bring's back the old pinball daysStrengths: Great action and selection of classic pinball machines Weakness: None Great pinball simulatation for the a gaming system. With the remote motion sensor of the Wii, it brings one of the best pinball simulation possible. Also, easy to figure out right out of the box, which is always a plus. As the title states, "Pinball Hall of Frame" is for everyone and especially the older pinball crowd.

Good play on the Wii!Strengths: Good value, Nostalgic Weakness: "only" 10 Pinball Machines, cannot play online This game is great. It brings back for me many fond memories of playing pinball when I was a kid- especially Pin*Bot. I know my dad and I spent at least a roll of quarters every time we played that game. Space Shuttle and Whirlwind are also great classics!

Fantastic Pinball Re-creation!Strengths: Great Variety of Games Tournament and Challenge features Unlockable features - like disabling tilt and changing ball color Weakness: Flipper control seems a bit delayed If you love pinball (or even if you don't), this is one of the best pinball games going. No need to drop endless quarters into the machine, pay the $30 for this and you'll be set. The machines are great and have real life action. Has great advanced features - disabling tilt and changing ball color. The tournament and challenge features make this game even better.

Good game for pinball enthusiastsStrengths: Nice graphics and sound. Good arcade feel. Nice throwback to the 70s and 80s Weakness: Wii graphics are still somewhat underpowered Not as much body movement necessary as wii sports If you can remember the feel of the arcades that used to have Ms. Pacman then you will like this game. It has a very Arcade feel to it. There are various levels in the arcade that you can explore and there are 3 games on each level. The pinball games themselves are well done. they are very accurate and depict the pinball games as they once were. Be aware that this is totally a controller based...

Fun with pinball
Strengths: Excellent replayability. Great for nostalgia.
Weakness: Limited number of pinball "machines"
It's quite difficult to emulate a true pinball experience on any console, but this Wii version sure tries very hard to come close. There are a grand total of 10 tables to play, from the vintage 70's up to more current tables. However, some of them are initially locked and require some gameplay to open up, and then even more gameplay to be able to play them for "free". The controls are pretty...
