Activision Star Trek: StarFleet Command IIIStrengths: Easy interface, excellent graphics, Excellent multiplayer game for up to 6 players Weakness: Still has some bugs that need to be fixed in the next patch After the first patch the races are almost perfectly balanced. Very addictive game if you like naval combat and space based games. Set in the TNG Star Trek universe it has the four main races, Borg, Federation, Klingon and Romulan. Many modded servers are now available with new ships. If you are a Trekker this game shold be in your computer.

Activision Star Trek: StarFleet Command IIIStrengths: Easy to use Weakness: Wepons not strong enough I think that this is a great game. The reasons for that are the prestege, the starships, the wepons, ect. I think that the only weakness is that the wepons are not strong enough. The wepons take forever to charge, and you cannot have starbase phasers. I would reccomend buying this product for the above reasons, and for some other reasons, but not for the complaints.

Activision Star Trek: StarFleet Command IIIStrengths: Upgradability is excellent Server moders can add new ships ai are fully customizable you can add new missions addictive if you like space based games Weakness: Like any open ended games there are bugs can't add new weapon technology server admins can't control your connection(but who can?) Its called 'AF ALLIANCE' our members are easily identified by the'AF' in front of there screen name. We have a command structure and a J.A.G. unit to keep gameplay...

Activision Star Trek: StarFleet Command IIIStrengths: the idea of the game and the things like the prestige rating is cool. Weakness: almost everything. the turning is terrible. and the combat crap like the arc and having to wait hours to fire a single phaser or torpedo. the thing that sucked royaly was the stupid ship fights. the idea of commanding ships and purchasing them is very cool, but the controls and game play realy needs to be improved. maybe if the game was like St bridge commander than it would be much better.

Star Trek Starfleet Command III
The Star Trek Starfleet Command series is one of the most revered realistic real-time strategy series on the market. Based on the Starfleet Battles board game, the series has always done a good job of portraying the excitement and challenge of commanding a spaceship in the Star Trek universe. Unfortunately, past iterations of the series have also well-portrayed the complexity of the same task,... Top

Star Trek Starfleet Command III
I must admit that I’m not a huge follower of the Star Trek franchise; in fact, I’m what you would call a casual viewer of the shows. Still, as a devoted gamer and reviewer, I have played my share of Trek themed games--many of which have been very disappointing. Yet the games that did manage to hook gamers are the Starfleet Command series that puts you in the Captain’s chair. Now, the third... Top

But while the Federation is eager to bury the hatchet with their bumpy-headed brethren, a lingering sense of animosity and distrust make things a bit more complicated. The Romulans, fearing what this new cooperation... Top

Strengths: This game has a lot of details in it, so it is like a game of chess in the ammount of moves you can do. From my experience, it is far better than Halo or Legacy.
Weakness: There are some really annoying bugs in it, like the ship dissapears from the shipyard as soon as you have enough prestige for it, lol!
I just wish the Access server were more reliable. It was crashing more and more, and now it's totally wrecked. I hope they can fix it soon so I can rejoin with Praetor Neral and the rest of the Tal Shiar Fleet members.
