Rogue Agent...Dual Wielding guns!!!Strengths: Game is pretty fun overall. Dual wielding! Weakness: Story is eh. Average graphics, not exactly Halo quality. I’m a fan of FPS’s and a fan of this game mostly because of the dual-wielding. Us PS2 owners are left w/o our own Halo game, so this is close to that feature that we can get. This game is especially fun in multiplayer because there are different gun combinations you can use against each other. Along w/the great flashiness of the EA presentation, you get a somewhat “eh” story about an...

Not so Golden.Strengths: Average FPS game. Weakness: Boring story, below average graphics, sluggish controls. This game does run fairly well, but it does not offer any new gameplay and the graphics are not as good as other first person shooter games. It seems to me that EA only made this game for a quick buck as there is no inspiration, the levels are boring and repetitive, and the enemy AI is predictable and slow. This might be a good budget title, but I also found the controls to be unresponsive and...

My Son Enjoyed ItStrengths: Familiar shoot everyone Bond game, neat weapons, price. Weakness: Same old shoot everyone Bond game. I purchased this game for my son for Christmas which he wanted after borrowing it from a friend. I enjoyed the graphics and the neat weapons you can find. It is the typical Bond on a mission game with endless areas to run and shoot through. Pretty much like all of the Bond games if you ask me. The enemy sometimes seem to know you're coming and other times they seem to be clueless and shoot...

Good, but still needs some workStrengths: Gameplay is fun, some cool gadgets Weakness: graphics I've heard quite a few complaints about this game, so I was hesitant to buy it. However, I'm glad I did. Overall, the game plays pretty well as a FPS, kind of like Killzone. The aiming is a little difficult to get used to, but so are a lot of other FPS games. The enemy AI is pretty good but not too hard and your health regenerates on its own, making some areas less difficult than they could have...

GoldenEye: Rogue Agent
When I first heard of another GoldenEye game, nostalgic flashes came into my head of the disfigured N64 controller, Big Head cheats, and….oh yeah…one of the greatest videogames ever developed!!! But here I am, holding a copy of GoldenEye: Rogue Agent and I don’t want to continue playing it. To be honest, EA Games messed up on what Rare perfected and everything from storyline to gameplay... GoldenEye: Rogue Agent (ps2)
In a fall season slammed with AAA first-person shooters, Electronic Arts' move to release GoldenEye: Rogue Agent only two weeks after Halo 2 and one week after Half-Life 2 can be seen as either gutsy or stupid -- either that or just plain bad luck. One really must wonder. However you dice it, EA took a chance with the Bond license, giving gamers the chance to play as an evil agent, an anti-Bond... Top

GoldenEye: Rogue Agent (ps2)
When is a sequel not a sequel? Certainly when the sequel in question is Electronic Arts' GoldenEye: Rogue Agent. Rogue Agent is an obvious attempt to ride the coattails of Rare's Nintendo 64 classic, GoldenEye 007. Like the older game, Rogue Agent sports both a single-player adventure and an involved multiplayer mode. However, EA has failed to replicate the overall quality of Rare's effort,... Top

Not so Golden
Strengths: Appearances of classic bond villains
Weakness: It's a first person shooter. Uninteresting story and gameplay.
Goldeneye may be worth a rental at best. It's an average first person shooter with not much replay value. The game is a bit on the easy side since you can just hide and let your health regenerate. There's nothing wrong with the game but there's nothing noteworthy about it. There are just so many other, better, games out there.
