Ordered a pair of Asics-Nimbus 9 running shoes. They did not fit good, so I returned them using their "Smart Label" return service. After 3 weeks I had to call them to find out what was going on with my refund, the customer service person said that the credit was issued today. So I'm thinking to myself, OK atleast now I know. Then I asked her what the refund amount was, this was when I received the surprise. Not only did it cost $10.98 to have them shipped to me, I also had to pay $6.99 to return them. In all, I spent $17.97 to try on a pair of shoes. There are other options out there, I found a place popular with runners that have free shipping and free returns.
The shoes shipped to me were of POOR QUALITY. The Shipping and Handling charges were not refunded to me. In additon, I had to pay to return the shoes. Do not shop there.
I was totally frustrated with Eastbay. Ordered a pair of Puma Speedcat man's shoe(size 9)from their web, they shipped a pair of woman's shoe(size 9) to me. I ask for an exchange, they told me the one I want is not available anymore, even though I can still found it avaiable on their webpage. The reason is it was on promotion.They credit me $34 although I spend around $50 on it. I wrote about 10 emails to their customer service from June, they reply me with some thing not related till Aug.
