Strengths: lots of freedom, single player campaign, map editor, multiplayer

Weakness: traveling without a car!

This game offers a tremendous amount of freedom within a huge map. There are loads of different approaches to tackling each mission. The single player campaign is loaded with stuff to do. I'm 15 hours in and doubt im near completion. Multiplayer is also loads of fun. It does get boring traveling from destination to destination as the map is so huge. There are times when you have no car and end up running to your destination and that gets stale very quick.

Strengths: Map Editor, Different kind of cars, burning fire, good graphic

Weakness: bugs, player match mode cannot save points, driving around for missions wasting time

I play Player Match mode all the time. It's fun.
- The burning fire feature is very good. It can burn house, tree, grass and a lot more.
- I like the car driving fun too and my friends claim my driving-to-kill skill is better than my gun shot. :)
- The most attractive point of this game is definitely the map editor. As of now, it's impossible to catch up the new maps produced by different players. This feature makes it stands out from other FPS game which has to play the old map over and over, and wish developers would one day create more maps.
- Regarding the connection, I have no problem at all and no lagging.

However, this game comes with a lot of bugs:
- I have 80 bullets loaded on another player right at his back and didn't hurt him. He then turned around and I was killed by one shot. This is so far a well known bug that every player is yelling. Bullet can be shot from a totally different angle and kill you. I consider this is a major weakness.
- Solo mode has a lot of complains. I only tried once and now is in waiting mode because of all different kind of bad experience from others such as door can't be opened, player is trapped and bug caused mission impossible. Hope they would deliver a patch soon.
- The solo mode makes you driving around for mission and map is big so you end up wasting a lot of time on driving.
- The Player Match mode cannot save or transfer points so everyone start from ground level weapon each time

I would give a 3.5/5 score to this game.

Strengths: 1)Single Player (SP) mode AI is reactive and spontaneous. 2)Lite up a fire is a thrill 3)Graphics is quite impressive 4)Independent approaches to fulfill SP mission, No set route

Weakness: 1)Cannot bank diamond in (Non-Ranked) Multi-Player mode. 2)Maps sometimes can get really big to reach the Beta point at MP mode 3)Some custom maps can get buggy or u can get stucks!!

Overall, this is a complete make over from its predecessor. Graphics were far better than FC1 over the PC. Reason I bought this is because of its cool MP mode! If you like Battle Field 1942, Counter Strike, etc...then this is the game you are looking for!!

Biggest selling point is the map editor, but I wish I could edit my map via my PC than on my PS3. I'm actually looking forward for more variety of non-African buildings, vehicles or even I can fly a plane on my custom map!!

One major down side of this is I really hate when you earned certain amount of diamonds in multi-player mode (non-ranked) and need to change mode or the way you play (like capture the diamond to team death-match). You will automatically loose all your diamonds! That's really a bummer, coz' I will loose my beloved "Rocket Launcher" for showing off!

Other than that, I would highly recommend to get this not just for its awesome 30+ hours SP mode, but it's MP mode really makes your investment worth!!!
