Strengths: Most realistic series on the market.
Weakness: Only that it's not as good as its sequels.
The Combat Mission series has got to be the best thing since sliced bread, not that I was around when it was "invented."
No other developer has gone into as much depth to create realistic combat on the PC as that found in the Combat Mission series made by Battlefront.com. Beyond Overlord was the first in the 3 title series, and it's still a joy to play.
You cannot call yourself a true "war-gamer" until you've gotten into Combat Mission. And I almost guarantee no other title you have will keep you occupied as long as this one will.
