Spectacular Game

Strengths: Very unique - you can't find another game like it(until the sequel comes out)

Weakness: Gameplay can get repetitive

Wow - when i heard about this game, i knew there was a lot of potential. There really isn't anything else out there like this. It's basically a Grand Theft Auto style of gameplay, except you are an alien who can torment humans, read their minds, etc.
Its definitely a fun game to pick up and play for a while. It Can get repetitive after a while, so the pick up and go scenario especially works for this game.
Since becoming a 'Greatest Hit', it can be had at a bargain price. I recommend it.

Destroy All Humans!

Strengths: Funny science fiction story. Excellent graphics and sound.

Weakness: Pretty short, could be beaten in about 8-10 hours. Fighting gets repetitive/boring after awhile.

This game reminds me of a real cheesy science fiction movie from back in the day or better yet that movie Mars Attacks. You play as the Furon alien named Crypto Sporidium 137 and you are sent to Earth, after one of your fellow Furons crash lands there, in order to investigate Earth and study humans. You find out that the humans hold Furon DNA in their brains, which is needed to clone more Furons in order to keep the race going. The a certain group of humans know you are on Earth and they want to capture you. So what else is there for you to do, but destroy all humans!
The game has really great graphics and music. The story is pretty funny and will have you laughing at times. My main complaint with this game is not that it is kind of short, but it's the fighting. After a couple of hours of playing through the game the fighting becomes a bore, but it's something that you have to do in order to progress in the game.
I will recommend Destroy All Humans! because it's a greatest hits title now and for 19.99 it's a decent buy.

Destroy All Humans PS2

Strengths: Excellent graphics, good gameplay and story

Weakness: A little on the easy side

In this game you play Crypto, an alien with an attitude that has been sent to earth to collect DNA from the inhabitants and complete various assignments related to that goal. Similar to GTA, it is mission based and you have to complete a mission to save and move on to the next mission. Various mini games are included to help accumulate DNA which buys you upgrades to Crypto and the ship.

Perhaps the best part of the game is the dry-witted dialog of Crypto and his boss Pox. The game is a big spoof of an old 50's B-movie which makes it very funny and entertaining. The humor is a little on the mature side with numerous innuendos including an (insert another word for your rear end here. The word was filtered by PG) probe weapon for extracting DNA. You might be a little careful about the maturity of kids depending on who you are buying this for.

Overall a very good game. The graphics and audio are excellent and I haven't found any technical issues that interfere or detract from the gameplay. This is a very solid and entertaining game.

Destroy All Humans

Strengths: -Amazing graphics and visual effects -Awesome sound effects -Fun and challenging game play -Great story and dialogue

Weakness: -Game control is awkward at first -Having to start a mission over because you leave the invasion site can be frustrating -More weapons would be nice

This game is a blast!!! Playing as alien invader Crypto, your mission is to invade Earth and eliminate, probe, or abduct as many puny humans as possible. Along the way, you can use your trusty ray gun to electrocute people, or incinerate everything in site while at the helm of your very own flying saucer. In addition, use your psychokinetic powers to disguise yourself as a human and blend into the population, read peoples' minds or remove the brain entirely to collect human DNA, or my personal favorite, pick up and hurl people and objects great distances.

The controls are a little tricky, especially when attempting to move objects while levitating them, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes rather intuitive. The visual effects are awesome, especially when you take off in your flying saucer--you can actually see distortion of the space-time continuum as your engines hum to life. I also recommend playing the game with surround sound speakers to take full advantage of the Dolby sound encoding. Turn up the bass and enjoy a little old-fashioned alien carnage!

Scripting of the game is hilarious--the banter between Crypto and his boss Pox is entertaining, as are the thoughts/dialogue of the various humans you encounter. At first, I wasn't sure about Crypto sounding like a cross between Jack Nicholson and Dirty Harry, but it does grow on you. After all, Crypto would rather be brutally annihilating other species than abducting or probing them.

If you are looking for a game that is a cross between Grand Theft Auto and The X-Files, this game is for you. All-in-all, a great first game in a promising new franchise! I hope to see a lot more of Crypto in the future.

Destroy All Humans Review

Strengths: do (almost)anything feature, weapons, gameplay, good cheats, fun, good storyboard, big area

Weakness: too easy, same type of thing in every level, gets boring after a while

This game is over all fun but there are still some little weaknesses here and there including when you play the first level you think oh my gosh this is fun! Same with the next level, that ends at the 3rd location. You realize this is just like what I just did. And you'd probably start thinking they didn't put enough effort to this game. It gets annoying when you don't get unlimited health/ammo/ consentration and you get caught or killed.
Then there isn't any air force on this game but there is military. Also there's not alot of different people walking around. You will start seeing the same exact people walking next to each other.I should probably end this review. It's fun because you get to play around with people, kill them, be them, throw them, and read their mind. I'll give 7 out of 10. review by BRENT

better than expected

Strengths: Gameplay, missions, hilarity

Weakness: NA

When I first saw advertisements for this game it seemed like something completely retarded that I would never even give a second look. However, after reading a couple of reviews I decided I'd give it a try. I would've never expected it to be this good. The hilarity in the games is unmatched and the gameplay is great too. You run around doing missions all the while having fun blowing up humans(somewhat similar to GTA as others have said). There really isn't anything wrong with the game, so go out and enjoy.

Destroy All Humans

Strengths: GTA type gameplay

Weakness: Can get repetitive, some missions can be boring

So many games have tried to duplicate the GTA formula. Destroy All Humans is another one of those games. Destroy All Humans does a fairly decent job in implementing the GTA formula. But for all those looking for another GTA spinoff, this is not the game you're looking for. Yes, you could kill humans by sucking out their brains or zapping them with your gun--but it gets stale after a little while. Also the world that you can explore in is not that interesting. I only recommend this game for youngsters who are dying to play GTA but can't due to its M rating.

Destroy All Humans!

The sci-fi genre has always been a popular choice for the game industry. Alien invasions are as natural in gaming as Paris Hilton is on video cameras (although Martian attacks may not be appropriate for children). Usually, you take on the role as a humanity fighting the little green men for your ultimate survival. Developer Pandemic Studios (Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, Full Spectrum...
