Yet another WWII gameStrengths: squad controls, A.I., gameplay Weakness: graphics (xbox version looks better) What is up with all the WWII games all of a sudden? Medal of Honor. Call of Duty. So what distinguished BIA from the rest of the pack. Realistic gameplay and smart A.I. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Brothers In ArmsStrengths: Great WW2 game, really brings everything to life very well. Weakness: The game gets kinda jumpy at parts. It might just be my PS2, but I seemed to notice the framerate drop every once in awhile. Overall this game is very enjoyable from beginning to end, even though I did lag through some of it. I must say I did like the graphics and the story was done very well. If you are looking to pick up a WW2 game make sure you start with this since its good and cheap! My son enjoyed this game.Strengths: Command two squads of troops, good graphics, based on a true story, inexpensive. Weakness: 20 missions go quick. My son purchased this game for $20.00 and it took him about a week of intermittent play before he finished all of the missions. The game is based on real missions starting with the night before D-Day. You get to command two squads - one is a fire base and the other is an assult team. Use the fire base team to pin the enemy down so your assult team and go in and take out the enemy. You cannot go charging in guns-a-blazing since there is no way to restore your health. You get hit - you die and the same for your squad members. A touch of realism huh! Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Brothers In Arms: Road to Hill 30
It seems that these days, World War II shooters are a dime a dozen. While some of them do a great job of showcasing the intensity of the epic conflict, most of them simply do not innovate enough to hold most gamers’ limited attention spans. However, Brothers in Arms, published by Ubisoft, is looking to change all of that by presenting the player with an authentic World War II experience. Based... Top

Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 (ps2)
Two weeks ago, Xbox owners were treated to a wonderfully exciting World War 2 shooter called Brothers in Arms. Combining solid shooter mechanics with some innovative tactical squad management features, Brothers in Arms really stands out on all three platforms. But though the content and the overall design is the same across all three platforms, the PS2 version lacks some of the convenience and... Top

Cool WWII representation
Strengths: Excellent representation of WWII, Good computer AI
Weakness: Game is a little short (not too short, just a little)
Brothers in Arms was a grat WWII game. I enjoyed being able to command my platoon around and fight the computer AI. The game is somewhat difficult if you haven't played many first person shooter type games. However, after a while, you get used to the controls. Nonetheless, I definitely enjoyed the game and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good war game. If you have the choice between the Xbox and PS2 version, grab the Xbox version as the graphics are a little bit better.
