Assassins Creed Review A++

Strengths: Graphics are Superb, One of the best one I have seen so far in the PS3 Console. Textures and shadows are well develop. AI is pretty good, guards are well aware of their sorroundings. Voice is A+

Weakness: Story is a bit lacking depth, but overall it pulls you in.

This game has A++ Graphics and A+ sound!, If you liked Prince of Persia Series and HITMAN then you will fall for this game.

It has several weapon modes like hidden dagger, knives, sword and fist fight.

The downsides will be that the missions start to get repetitive, but since the game is open world you can do all the missions on your own pace and change the way you see the game.

Is one of the best games outhere so far, so By all means go and Grab a Copy if you love PRINCE OF PERSIA TYPE GAMES!.

Altair Reigns!

Strengths: Awesome Game!

Weakness: none

Smooth and easy controls make it fun to run across city rooftops like a silient bad a$$-a$$in with the right amount of balance of stealth, action. In assassin's creed there's lots of stuff to explore, and just when think you've finished your original goals, you can search for the collectible flags and crosses strewn around the cities and countryside. You could probably finish and speed through the game in 20 hours if you're determined and good, but true gamers might spend close to 50 hours finishing every quest and gathering every collectible.

Assassin's Creed

Strengths: Great graphics, interactive world, slightly educational

Weakness: Repetitive

The graphics in the game are stunning and the characters and structures are quite detailed. You're able to climb almost everything and have free reign in parts of the city to go about and do what wish. It's entertaining to run about climbing and jumping on everything, which is good since that's what you'll spend the majority of your time doing. Each 'chapter' of the game is more or less set up as 'this person is your target', 'go about the city and find information to prepare for your hit', 'kill said person'. With that said, overall the game is very good and will provide a bit of entertainment.

Assassin's Creed (PS3)

Strengths: Incredible graphics. Fun gameplay.

Weakness: A bit repetitive. Chase sequences a bit drawn out.

Assassin's Creed for the Playstation 3 is a gem. While it probably doesn't live up to its expectations that were set exceedingly high when content was first released, it is still an incredible game.

The game is somewhat of a mix of Metal Gear Solid and Prince of Persia, which isn't that surprising as Prince of Persia was also developed by Ubisoft.

The game does admittedly get a bit repetitive as you as performing the same tasks to setup each assassination, but they do be increasingly harder the more you do; there are more guards setup to watch you, and the simple ease of getting to your targets aren't quite the same.

I personally enjoy the storyline as well, set in an ancient middle east, including even ann old Jerusalem.

Assassin's Creed is still a very fine game, and one of the best of the year.

Solid but way overrated....unfortunately

Strengths: Large and beautifically rendered environment, fun climbing and fighting systems

Weakness: Tedious and repetitive gameplay, fragmented storyline, limited AI, will try your patience

Like most I eagerly awaited this title release and read/watched all the previews. Unfortunately after hours of gameplay I am disappointed. In summary this game has some components of greatness (graphics, open feel of environment, climbing/fighting system, etc.) But these components are not cohesive and the result is gameplay that gets repetitive fast and tries even patient gamers of this genre. It is clear the most effort was spent on rendering the environment and your ability to interact with it. The wall-climbing and pillar-hopping aspect is cool but gets old when you realize that not much more effort was put into these parts of gameplay. If they could have spent more time on developing a more creative storyline and assembly of all the components, then this might have lived up to the hype. If you have been this genre of games, then there is nothing here that will wow you and beg for your return after you turn it off. Once you check out the kingdoms, climbing/jumping/fighting, and the various mission/tasks...this game get old. You repeat the same formula from 1 stage to the next.

There are many aspects of this game that will give other game designers great ideas and engines to build on, but as a game product it will be quickly forgotten....

Possible The Most Waited For Game

Strengths: It's an open world go where you like kill who you want when you want

Weakness: RPG does not fit this game,may seem like your doing the same thing over and over again like Oblivion

I haven't played this game yet but I know I will enjoy it as I'm a pro gamer and I like games like this where they don't force you into always doing missions when you want to do a mission you go but if you don't then you can run around

The worst, most boring and repetitive game ever made!

Strengths: BIG NONE!

Weakness: The game crashes so you have to turn OFF your PS3 and then back on again.

I freaking waited and waited for this d@mn game and as long as I have waited, disappointment was HUGE! Story is so boring, graphic(from character to background) looks like last gen! The game's suppose to be for PS3, the next gen, High Definition console and graphic looks like outdated(as old as Prince of Persia graphic). I was so displeased, already sold it on eBay!

This game is OK but the producer is...

Strengths: I don't see any strengths.

Weakness: Seem to be laggy. There are so much bug I can easily find.

I just bought this game for $40 on sale. I wish I could get the Limited Edition, so thats the only one that advertised $40 at Frys. When I frst play this game. I really know how to follow the basic during the tutorial. During the mission, I didn't get to kill anyone because I don't know where to start. This game lags me because I have no idea of why I bought this game. I hope I'm waiting for the game to fix those bugs out.

Great Game!

Strengths: Excellent Graphics, Open world environment

Weakness: Repetitive

I bought this game cuz of all the good reviews it got. it was a hard to figure out the controls, but learned after playing the game for a while. Graphics are amazing, the combos and moves are very nice. the only thing they should have done to this game was give it a better storyline with more variety than just saving citizens, eavesdropping, interrogation and informer missions. View points in the game are cool but they get tiring after a little while. otherwise, its a great game!

Strengths: Excellent graphics and story line. Interaction with other characters in story line.

Weakness: None to speak of.

This game is definetly one of the highlights of 2007 and of the PS3 line. Highly reccomend this game for any gamer that enjoys character and story driven games along with intense fighting scenes and strategic planning.

Great Adventure Game

Strengths: Fantastic Graphics, unique gameplay, very interesting plot

Weakness: A bit slow moving at times

I notice the other reviews mention glitches. I haven't seen this myself; perhaps it's because I started playing recently and there's a new game update available online (currently 1.10 when I wrote this). In any event, I find this game fun, the character's motion smooth, the tasks interesting.

Some of the extras are a little boring, but that's to be expected from us 100% completists.

I solidly recommend this game.

Strengths: Stunning graphics,horse ridding, moveable in every way, climbing beyond speculation, weapons magnificent

Weakness: short game, can't add new weapons

I just got this recently and so far i love the game it has the best graphics in any game that i played so far i love how you play as a man in the past and in a crowded area it really is amazing, The game is so good that once you pick it up you can't stop playing. I recommend this game to everyone especially those who loved the prince of persia trilogy

Great game, very original. Can be boring because you do repetitive missions throughout the game. Ending is stupid, they are going to have a sequel and want you to purchase that too. Worthwhile game.
