Strengths: Kinda like GTA 3. Driveing games are the bomb. Stealing cars is always a plus. (when your not arrested)
Weakness: NO GUNS?!? That bites major wind. That and the game screw ups like falling into the river and "runing out of tape."
A good game but needs.........GUNS! Cars are alright (the purple car rules!!) and some new ones could help some. But the most missed thing is just guns. I can't stress that enough.
