Growlanser GenerationsStrengths: Two games in one Weakness: Poor graphics One of Working Design's last localization was a great value - both Growlanser II and Growlanser III on one disc. For fans of the series or those of the SRPG genre, it's a great package, though playing it now might be difficult with its extremely low-poly 3D graphics. There are some rather complicating twists to the gameplay, but given the time to ease into it, it can provide a very rewarding tactical experience. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great compliation of an older RPG seriesStrengths: Good variety, fun games Weakness: Some dated graphics and gameplay This game contains 2 classic games from the Growlanser series, Growlanser II: The Sense of Justice and Growlanser III: The Dual Darkness. They may look old school, but the gameplay is still fun. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Growlanser Generations (ps2)
For those of you that have been following the ongoing saga regarding the release of Growlanser Generations over the past couple of seasons, I don't have to tell you that it's been quite a melodrama. Originally intended to debut as two entirely separate products here in America just as they were in Japan, Growlanser II: The Sense of Justice and Growlanser III: The Dual Darkness appeared to be in... Growlanser Generations (ps2)
It seems like decades pass between Working Designs releases. The last one was Arc the Lad Collection, a PSone RPG compilation that came out two and a half years ago. That's really a lifetime in terms of the genre. Still, WD is a company that has never been too concerned with quantity of releases, instead making sure each title it puts on shelves is full of both quantity and quality of gameplay. Top

Growlanser Generations
Dimension Halo is a giant mysterious ring that appeared above the world of Neotopia. The Gundam Force at SD lab has been mobilized to investigate. It seems that the ring is emitting the signal as Neotopia, which means that somewhere within the ring is another Neotopia. But is that other world as peaceful as the Neotopia familiar to Captain Gundam, or Zero, or Bakunetsumaru, or Captain Haro.... Top

Two in One!
Strengths: Two Growlanser games in one package.
Weakness: Outdated graphics
If you're a hardcore RPG gamer, then this would probably be a great game for you. It's more like an old school RPG than a modern one. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but some may be turned off by it. The music and artwork are excellent though. Totally, you'll have 60+ hours of gaming and the prices for this now isn't that much so it's worth it to check it out.
