Mediocre BaseballStrengths: graphics and audio Weakness: A lot of gameplay bugs The MLB 2K series has been the best baseball simulation game for the past few years and now with an exclusive MLB license, you would think things would get better. Unfortunately they haven't. The graphics are a lot nicer on the 360 version, but it seems to have more bugs than the old generation consoles. The game has come down considerably since the end of the MLB 2006 season, so if you are desperate for a baseball sim this game might meet your needs. If not, hopefully 2K7 will clean up the problems and allow for a much better gameplay experience. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Only game in townStrengths: Feels like a real baseball game. Solid Audio and presentation. Updated Teams and Rosters available via downloads., alternate uniforms, Only baseball game for the system. Weakness: Menu interface, Swing System, Player models look odd at times, Strike Zone and Cathcer/Stealing interface. Game is the only league endorsed for the system so there isn't much option. The game suits the job well enough, if you tune the options around. However the swing system and pitch location/velocity is not to my liking and I prefer EA's MVP Baseball Series in that facet. great gameStrengths: great depth in season mode, Weakness: graphics could be a little bit better for next gen this is a great game for anyone that likes baseball. it is very easy to grasp and is fun to play.. pitching is fun and there are two very addicting modes to pitch with. the new hit stick is by far the greatest invention in baseball video game history.. go out and get this very addicting game. also world basebcall classic mode rules Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Strengths: Fun to play and good graphics and sounds
Weakness: Its control
Compared to MLB 2K7, it has similar graphics and sounds quality and its gameplay is similarly good. But 2K6 is not so good as 2K7 in that it has awkward gameplay control. Its batting and pitching is not so smooth. And there are a few issues that can me you nervous when you play. But it was the best game among baseball related games in 2006.
