WHAT DO YOU GET when you take a first-person shooter, add a French comic, mix in some cel-shaded graphics and a comic book-style presenation? That game, XIII , is the latest first-person shooter from Ubisoft, and while it's not as interesting as you might expect and doesn't offer much beyond generic FPS fare, it's still a decent enough shooter in the end. Overall, XIII grabs you as a very different game to other FPSs. The revolutionary cell-shaded graphics really add something to the game, as does the brilliant storyline. Top

As most gamers have probably heard by now, XIII is a cel-shaded first-person shooter based on a French comic book--excuse moi, graphic novel--about a military operative who's suffering from amnesia and is being chased after by both the authorities and a shadowy group of Bad People who want to do Bad Things. Strengths: Great Action, Awesome Setup, Cool Game overall
Weakness: The "to be continued" ending.
This is one of the greatest game of all times. It is very enjoyable, and fun. The comic book setup was also great. I really hope they make a sequel.
