Shrek Super Party
Shrek Super Party is in a word, terrible. Unfortunately, reviews are supposed to be more than a word long which means that I'm forced to string together several hundred more of them in an attempt to describe to you, our faithful reader, just how bad it really is. Shrek Super Party
Strengths: Ummm... Shrek was a good movie
Weakness: Just about everything.
Wow. Ummmm... if your looking for anything worthwhile in this game, definitely turn back now. I really wish I hadn't wasted my time with this game. This game is a combination between the game of LIFE (yeah the boardgame from back in the day) and Shrek. Basically you and your buddies (or computer AI if you don't have any buddies with you) move around the board and play several different mini-games depending on what space you land on. The games are obviously pretty childish (being a Shrek game and all). That's not the problem. The problem is that there's nothing interesting about them. You sit there and either mash the X button or press it at specified intervals. The preson/computer that does it the best wins the mini-game. The player with the most points at the end of the overall game wins. There is no voice acting in the game except for the narrator.
Unless this is the only game available to you, do not put yourself through the torture... there's just too many better options out there.
